From the Western Isles of Scotland, JM is an RTS award-winning filmmaker working across drama and documentaries.

JM is an alumnus of the Young Film Foundation where he developed his first feature with mentor Olivia Hatreed (Girl with the Pearl Earing). He was also selected for the Directors UK: Inspire programme in which he was paired with director Douglas MacKinnon (Good Omens, Sherlock) for 12 months of mentorship.
